Description: An imposing woman with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right leg, she wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with feathered hat. She has a very tight haircut. Her amber eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. She is fiercely devoted to her father, and views her father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-brother.

History: Ekk lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Dwarven activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Dwarven doctor. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ekk fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He wears a robe, a symbol of magic around his neck, and a sickle on his belt. His silver hair is braided into rings. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. In his 19th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: She hates Dwarves with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Knight profession.

History: Born in the east to a Map Maker, Jarana learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. After a long history of fighting, Jarana and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She has a crush on the local Knight; and further expansion of business

Description: He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His white hair is unkempt and raggedy. This amber eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Naill alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Naill was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.
