Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and a rival would like her out of the picture

History: When she was but 4 years old her parents immigrated from the south. She married young, but lost her spouse to gnolls. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by gnolls. Megren was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the gnolls.
