Personality: Sumnes speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.

History: Sumnes was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gifted student she started as a Fletcher, but she got bored and became a Brewer. She has achieved small success as a Brewer.

Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Merla fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
