History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. A gifted student he started as a Farmer, but he got bored and became a Fletcher. He tends to his Fletcher job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Apothecary hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions.
