Description: This fat southern woman has a bulbous nose and wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. Her skin is also unnaturally pale. She has wavy chestnut hair. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are green.

Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: The child of a Seamstress, who enjoyed hunting, Kithri was taken on many hunting expeditions. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Kithri took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up crossbow and armor she uses now. She bought a crossbow and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Description: This man is renowned for his bright blue suits and hats, and sports empty pouches on his belt. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Mindartis grew up listening to his father's many stories. Mindartis was born on a far northern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Spy. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and sabotage a competitor

Description: This petite short woman is perpetually holding a tea of some kind. She wears bulky yellow painted plate armor, marred by teas. She has moderate length red hair. Her eyes are likewise hazel.

Personality: She is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage son.

History: Quillathe hails from a village terrorized by drow. She was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Wants to raise her children well; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Description: She is of a modest build and height, but she carries herself more imposing than she is. She dresses in black turtlenecks beneath a white coat with grey slacks. Her brown hair is matted, messy, and big. She is baby faced.

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. In her 11th year, her parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Baggi alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls; and revenge
