Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Jacoba embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. She is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: She was born into a rich family. Jacoba was born on a far western desert where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Cartwright. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Description: This northern woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers her face most of the time. She has moderate length brown hair. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are gray.

Personality: She is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, she's a very lovable idiot. She has a small toy that she constantly fidgets with.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Stableman.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Stableman responsibilities is difficult; and she is unsatisfied with her job

Description: He wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). He has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. He has red hair. His eyes are silver and beady.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Raam grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Raam. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Seeks redemption; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: Born to a Merchant, his father struggled to pay the bills. Fonkin abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature warhammer.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he desires power and/or immortality
