Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty white coat over it. His long chestnut hair reaches down to his waist. His brown eyes peer out from beneath his broad white hat.
Personality: Bertram is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She was granted necromantic powers by her dying sister.

Description: She is well dressed, constantly wearing a grey suit, brown shirt, and blue tie. She has relatively dark skin and is very physically imposing due to her abundance of muscles. Her hair is black and curly. She wears a mask on her face.
Personality: Nora is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She lacks restraint and is impulsive. She jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.
History: Nora was born with her mother's beautiful face. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Farmer for the past few years.
Motivation: To be a Bounty Hunter again; and a deep hatred of gnolls

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He wears a robe, a symbol of the four houses of cards around his neck, and a monstrous two handed axe on his belt. Sporting a white mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His eyes are likewise amber.
Personality: He is happy with his job as a Painter. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Painter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Painter work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He tends to his Painter job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and balancing his hectic life and new painter responsibilities is difficult
