She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. After a long history of fighting, Heather and her spouse have recently divorced.
