History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: This woman is bedraggled and starved. She wears violet trousers with grey and tan striped suspenders. She wears various colorful collared shirts. She keeps her silver hair in a pixie cut. She has a dull look in her violet eyes.

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Layabout business.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Helen fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Layabout and was forced into it by her family; and she feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world

Description: He wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with grey lining and desert motifs. His silver hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. His fierce brown eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: Bertram was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Bertram was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Description: This slender man stands about 5'6". He is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. He has done his best to style his white fur to look like a famous performer. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He is a Junk Dealer first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: He was raised in a island tribe. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and he is unsatisfied with his job
