Personality: She is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.

History: Emma hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. Because her father participated in the massacre of their homeland, dire rats burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. She was preparing to flee to the west, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her mother from journeying west to reunite her family. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and many dire rats want her driven away

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day; and a rival would like her out of the picture

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with poetry. He constantly tries to fill his life with poetry. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He wants revenge against dire rats; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
