Personality: He is a Sailor first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Shifting liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.
