Description: The woman speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. She seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if she got out from a pool a few moments ago. She typically wears green cloth garments or leather armor. Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. Her white eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. A true patriot, Nija would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A serious injury left her father unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
