History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Theodoric grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Theodoric. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help
