Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes orcs are coming to abduct people. He is an amazing painter.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. At some point he was captured by orcs and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and many orcs want him driven away

He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Barber for the past few years.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Kelter isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: Kelter was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. His parents enrolled him in a Fighter school at a young age so that he could practice his arcane talents. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
