When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Healer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Paelias was born on a far western desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Beggar. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
