History: Astaro was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Bard, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Bard in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: Rael was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Hunter they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Bookbinder, and he later adopted a second daughter.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Half-Orc companion (his 'brother'). He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he wants to meet his childhood hero
