Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes illithids are coming to abduct people. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Born to a Shipwright, his father struggled to pay the bills. Nicor was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Nicor decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
