Description: A 5'8" northern man, he wears baggy black pantaloons and a blue scarf. He has black hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Description: This man stands a little under 6'4" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears green painted combat armor at almost all times. His long brown hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His half smiles and silver eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Layabout business.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Layabout. He became a Layabout soon after.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

Description: Her left side is far more bruised and cut up than her other. She wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with small hat. She has a very tight haircut. Her face possesses mild wrinkles. Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.

Personality: She is curt in most of her responses. She prefers to keep her word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature sickle.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and obtaining odd cultural tiefling artifacts is her passion

Personality: She is a hateful person. She taunts others and blames them for her problems. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: She got into the Bather business at a young age. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She tends to her Bather job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and wants to open a new tavern
