Description: He is lean but muscular and is wearing a perfectly clean shirt and pair of pants. His silver hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a skull scrunchie. This red eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Cook profession.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He now owns his own business.

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He prefers to wear flannel. His hair, while still mostly blonde, has prominent grey streaks. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: Alvyn lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 9 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Alvyn never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Description: She is a husky woman, who wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. She has styled her gray fur well, parting it to the left. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: She is cool and collected. She likes to make quips and puns whenever she does anything. She also makes a point to compliment her superiors and flatter them. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and she desires to right it; and expand her business

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. His golden hair is greasy and uncared for. He has violet eyes and a red hat with a tan feather.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Kelter embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Kelter fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
