Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his 18th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Shipwright business.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She is curt in most of her responses. She prefers to keep her word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. She takes great pride in her work and is very well organized. Her planner is full of calendar events.

History: The child of a Brewer, who enjoyed hunting, Panana was taken on many hunting expeditions. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She's also a talented Brewer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and balancing her hectic life and new sellsword responsibilities is difficult

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with green lining and desert motifs. His brown hair is lengthy. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He receives visions of the future at random moments

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Tieflings became a terror of the countryside. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.
