Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: Born in the south to a Fletcher, Lance learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His childhood dream was to be a Engraver, but he was a colossal failure. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: She is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks her mind. She feeds upon the attention of others.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He is a Glassblower first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He became a Glassblower soon after.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and balancing his hectic life and new glassblower responsibilities is difficult
