History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Shanairla grew up listening to her mother's many stories. A gifted student she started as a Brewer, but she got bored and became a Tanner. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Shanairla fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Eiravel lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Description: The light-skinned man stands 3'11" and wears brown leather gloves, a brown jacket, and tight pants. He wears a top hat to hide his balding. His green eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing poetry.

History: Rurik was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Locksmith. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Description: This fat western woman has a bulbous nose and wears dark leathers with embroidery. Her skin is also unnaturally pale. She has a very tight haircut. Her hazel eyes peer out from beneath her top yellow hat.

Personality: She is highly sensitive about her name. She loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. Isabella is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: She was raised in a plains tribe. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Guard.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Guard responsibilities is difficult; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
