History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: He got into the Carter business at a young age. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and seeks redemption
