Personality: She is a jovial happy person, but she is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Like her mother and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Ruler. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Ruler for hire.
