She will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. She cares deeply for her spouse and does her best to make sure her guests look presentable.

History: Born to a Carter, her father struggled to pay the bills. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved.

History: Cecily lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She has since lost track of the people in her past.
