Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. Surina is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Surina abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Patrin was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. He has never given up on his singing dream.

Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Nella was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Druid, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Druid in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Unemployed hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
