Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Balam was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
