Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered west to less war torn lands. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. When Borun reached his early adolescence his Halfling father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
