Description: An older woman who wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with yellow lining and desert motifs, she is not a threatening figure. Her long white hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. She has a tattooed face.

Personality: She has a good heart but also a terrible temper. She will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. Birel is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: When she was but 3 years old her parents immigrated from the south. Through the years after Birel was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Birel's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has dedicated herself to building a better trade route.

Description: A well shaped woman just over fifty, she wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. Her hair is white, silky, and of moderate length. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her hazel eyes.

Personality: She is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.

History: She was born into a rich family. In her 18th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gillyd fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Tiefling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

Personality: She is irritable and easily angered. She is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use her stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
