History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

Personality: She is curt in most of her responses. She prefers to keep her word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. Energy wise she seems alert and responsive.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Anne was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Anne decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with.
