History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He now owns his own business.

History: Gifted from a young age, Emma studied abroad. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense.
