Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Paela was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Ranger, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Ranger in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: She is shy and timid. She has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Shautha grew up listening to her father's many stories. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature scimitar.

Motivation: She has passion for adventuring and risk; and obtaining odd cultural dwarven artifacts is her passion

History: Gifted from a young age, Nissa studied abroad. As a young child she wandered into the woods despite her mother's warnings against it. Afterwards she claimed she had encountered giants who tried to eat her hand. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge

This search led her directly into Ruler work with an outfit from a few towns over. Ruler work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
