History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Through the years after Ranala was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Ranala's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: She has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Adventurer who has hired her part-time. She lacks restraint and is impulsive. She jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: She was born in a small forest village. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. Some 9 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Mara never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.
