Personality: The woman has a huge range of feeling. She will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how she will be a better person from this day on. History: Philomena was born in the south. At a young age she loved to build and create. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own.
