History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Garl was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Garl decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: She hates brigands. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. In her 15th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She is terrified, and will act out of fear; and she wants revenge against brigands

Description: This woman wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized violet coat. She is muscular with a powerful set of arms. Her white hair is well kept. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and marry her brother to traveling adventurers

Description: She has the majority of her body covered in plate. She has relatively dark skin and is very physically imposing due to her abundance of muscles. Her moppish silver hair is in a traditional bowl cut. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. She is obsessed with her god.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs.
