Description: She wears a white collared shirt and tan skirt. She accessorizes with a yellow scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across her shirt, but does not cut a very imposing figure. She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 4'10" when asserting herself. Her black hair is braided into rings. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: A powerful wizard made her what she is. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: This man is very fat, and wears a green Stetson hat and green clothes. He wears his chestnut hair down. His eyes are silver and catlike.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Tieflings in the south were limited. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: A deep hatred of giants; and further expansion of business

Description: A stocky darker skinned man, he wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. He wears a colorful flower in his white hair. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his amber eyes.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Crown-heir business.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. A freak accident while working with his Barber father left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and money/treasure
