History: Abad was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.
