Description: A man of a pale complexion, he prefers to wear flannel. He wears his blonde hair up in a very large beehive style do. His eyes are likewise blue. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Scribe. He struck the Scribe job and began his own company from there.

Description: He is an average looking western male in his early mid-life. He wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. He wears a wide-brimmed hat to hide his balding. His gray eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Butcher. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Born in the west to a Butcher, Paggen learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage son.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She dropped out of school to support her sick mother, and resented it. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To unite with her brother.
