History: Kava hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Kava fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Born to a Butcher, her father struggled to pay the bills. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She tends to her Miner job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

History: Gunter lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered music. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and nothing but the best is good enough for him
