History: Aline was born in the west. At a young age she loved to build and create. Through the years after Aline was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Aline's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Aline and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: A powerful slaver made her what she is. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the south; and she has money and likes to spend it

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
