History: He was born on a small isolated farm. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Elven conditions. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

His first spouse was a Mortician, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

History: Bertram was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor.
