History: Hugolina was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Expert, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Expert in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She found a children's book about a Human Expert who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: Rivaan was born the youngest of three triplets. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Tanner for hire.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

Personality: Watson is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Halflings.

History: Watson was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bounty Hunter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and he loathes his own lifestyle
