History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Nirgel was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Nirgel liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Being a Stableman kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered east to less war torn lands. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Carter they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Painter, and she later adopted a second son.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and to reunite with her absent mother

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: Many brigands want him driven away; and balancing his hectic life and new unemployed responsibilities is difficult

Personality: She has always had a great fascination with Gnomish culture. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her mother. A gifted student she started as a Tailor, but she got bored and became a Junk Dealer. She's also a talented Tailor, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Junk Dealer responsibilities is difficult; and expand her business
