History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Zephan was born on a far northern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Guard. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Halflings.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Borun was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Borun decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and a strong sense of loyalty to tiefling people

Description: This woman wears professional attire, and sports empty pouches on her belt. Her tied-back hair is white. Her eyes are hazel and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She has a habit of throwing herself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Born in the east her family was never financially stable. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: She has passion for adventuring and risk.

Description: She is well dressed, constantly wearing a green suit, grey shirt, and white tie. She carries a battered hammer and tarnished sai as well. Her purple hair is greasy and uncared for. Her black eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Shax embodies much of what other species detest in the Tieflings. She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and she's repulsed by the pc
