Personality: She is a sleazy, sleazy gal. She has no qualms about using her powers of suggestion to get people to do what she wants. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: When she was but 3 years old her parents immigrated from the west. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Tagga grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food.
