Description: She is well dressed, but even with her fine clothing she looks run-down. Her skin is fair and her fingers are delicate and long. Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: She is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, she's a very lovable idiot. The war was a terrible time for her, and Ulla does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out.

History: Kite was born the youngest of three triplets. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Tabaxis became a terror of the countryside. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: She's attracted to the PC; and an old rival family wants her found

Description: He wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy white hair. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: Born to a Locksmith, his father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Roofer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.
