Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: He got into the Fletcher business at a young age. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. On top of that she is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to her employer will always come first she doesn't like to hit women.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has dedicated herself to building a better world.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Halfling companion (her 'brother'). In her journeys she found a malevolent artifact. She wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.

Motivation: She's looking for her big break; and money/treasure

History: Solomon was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has achieved small success as a Banker.
