History: Born to a pair of adventurers, River grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He found a children's book about a Tabaxi Wizard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: She is happy with her job as a Cartwright. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Her psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
