History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. In her 15th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Smoking fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: Laucian hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his painting career. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Laucian was born with his mother's beautiful face. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

His yellow leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his grey boots flare out at the collars. His hair is black, silky, and of moderate length. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Born in the south to a Beggar, Adelard learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: When she was but 3 years old her parents immigrated from the south. Her first spouse was a Body Guard, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has never given up on her writing dream.
