History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Lucan was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of goblins; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

History: Matilda was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions.

Description: She is scrawny and has patchy purple stubble. She is typically in her Bricklayer uniform. She has a hunchback. She keeps her purple hair in a pixie cut. She has silver eyes and a green hat with a brown feather.

Personality: She is irritable and easily angered. She is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use her stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. She is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Bricklayer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Bricklayer work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Bricklayer for hire.
